Editors Notes: 

I really enjoyed Gotham, but I thought the series would have been stronger if it had focused more on Jim Gordon and less on young Bruce Wayne. The new takes on Riddler and Penguin were refreshing, but for me Cameron Monaghan's Joker (Jerome) was the stand-out antagonist of the entire series! 

So with this edit, I wanted to remove the other various plot lines throughout the show as well as cutting half of the characters out completely to keep the story centered on Jerome and Jim as much as possible.

1x16, 2x01, 2x02, 2x03, 3x12, 3x13, 3x14, 4x16, 4x17, 4x18.

Change List:

With every episode used, I removed so many scenes, characters and lines, to list each change would take forever. 

To simplify, I cut everything out that didn't directly revolve around Jim Gordon and the Joker's storyline; reducing all other parts to a bare minimum.
